The following exercises are simple, easy to do and great for any active person. These exercises should be done on a daily basis to help prevent injuries. You should ideally do these in two sets of ten, one to two times a day.

1) Crunches
Lay on your back
Bend your knees
And cross your arms over your chest

2) Bridges
Lay on your back
Bend your knees
Tighten your abdominal muscles
Raise your mid section

3) Wall Squats
With your back against the wall,
spread your feet about shoulder width apart
Move up and down in a smooth motion

4)Flutter Kicks
Lying on your stomach,
Extend your arms and legs
(if you have 2 pound weights it will help you to advance faster)
With opposite arm and leg raise up
